Course description
A course for you with some experience in advanced surgical procedures. This two-day theoretical and practical program will enhance your knowledge of the different sinus elevation techniques available today. Special focus will be paid to augmentation of the maxillary sinus without the use of grafting material, a procedure that has been practised at this center for almost 10 years. 
Participants will learn how to regenerate bone in the sinus floor around simultaneously placed implants. Scientific background and long-term results on the different procedures will be presented and discussed in a small group of colleagues together with the hosting surgeons.
